Linkedist turned 4 – now, it’s time to tell our story!

July is the birthday month for Linkedist!
We have turned 4 years old – for some, it may be a drop in the ocean, but for us – it’s a big achievement. During those four years, the company seemed to move at a speed of light – with rapid growth, new ideas, and their integration, many clients, and unexpected adventures.
We want to share how it started and where we are now.
Back in 2019, when the world was slowly catching up to the social network of LinkedIn, our CEO and co-founder, Kotryna Kurt had already been using the platform for a while – it was (and still is) a great platform to have for personal posts, but it was still relatively quiet at that time.
Many people did not see the true potential – they were confused about why anyone would want to post there when other, more popular social media platforms exist. However, Kotryna kept up with her personal content, creating a strong personal brand presence on LinkedIn – this way, through personal experience, she started discovering more and more about the platform's possibilities.
Together with the knowledge came the question – is it something significant there that could bring value to other people? How could we help others understand the underlying value that the platform brings to businesses and people? There was an answer – Linkedist!
Of course, the idea was the first step – it was clear that people wanted to learn more about LinkedIn, and we had the information from our own experience, so we put it all together! With many ideas about the brand name, branding choices, the right tone of voice, and advertisement decisions, on July 1st of 2019, Linkedist company was created!

Through Thick & Thin
In the very beginning, we noticed that the need for additional knowledge on LinkedIn was, in fact, more significant than anticipated: we started getting workshop offers; more and more clients wanted us to manage their content on LinkedIn.
In 2020, when the pandemic hit the world, we knew we were safe – with a fully functional online business, we were able to find clients no matter where they were in the world, and they found us through recommendations, advertising, and partners. It was also a time when companies started to rapidly grow their presence online, which meant seeking more in-depth knowledge about LinkedIn – this is where we stepped in to help!
We have perfected the information of our workshops with all the possible content necessary, narrowed down the best strategies for personal and business profiles, and tried and tested every function out there – all so that we could share the knowledge with everybody.
Sharing the Knowledge: Release of Linkedist Courses
One of our products that we spent a while on was our courses – we started to notice that individual people wanted to learn about LinkedIn as well, and we needed a way to provide the knowledge at any time. Through brainstorming, collecting data, images, filming, and editing, we have launched another source for LinkedIn information – Linkedist Courses.

This project was one additional challenge we endured as a team, but in the end, we knew it was worth it – our clients can now get the knowledge we have from anywhere, anytime, and launch their profiles to the next level.
The idea started brewing in 2021, and we launched it in 2022 – these are the moments of planning and executing! 🎯
What We’ve Achieved This Past Year
The past year was one of the busiest years for the Linkedist team:
we worked with clients from IT, e-commerce, consulting, engineering, solar, and many other fields.
we always travel (both digitally and in real life) to reach clients from Lithuania, Denmark, Switzerland, the UK, Albania, and the US!
launched an e-shop with all of our products and services
experienced a constant growth of our team
rebranded and uplifted our brand
incorporated AI into our business strategy and taught others how to do it
tried out many more types of content – newsletter, audio events, blogs, ebooks, live events
we learned from our mistakes, reflected, and moved on stronger!
As we celebrated our four years together, we got to think of many great moments spent working, brainstorming, collaborating, and coming up with new solutions so our clients receive the best possible outcomes and ideas tailored for their businesses.
One of the most exciting ideas is our exclusive merch! We wanted to celebrate everyone working in a creative department and highlight the most important aspects of being artistic. It inspired us to remember being a part of something bigger – a community of creators, copywriters, and designers that sometimes needs a creative nudge in the right direction. Our T-Shirts and tote bags will soon be available for purchase, so keep an eye out! 👀
Our team continues to grow, as well as our goals – we continue to evaluate our possibilities and figure out ideas to reach new audiences, think of innovative ways to teach others about the opportunities on the platform, and learn from one another as a team.
