Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO) Specialist

Join Linkedist team, and lead campaigns that actually matter.

Linkedist is growing, and we are looking for a GEO Specialist to help B2B brands improve their visibility across AI-powered search and answer engines.

You will take ownership of client GEO projects, from strategy and audits to implementation, monitoring and reporting.

What you will actually do?

Plan and manage GEO strategies for a portfolio of B2B clients.
Conduct audits covering content, structured data, technical foundations, entity signals and brand authority.
Research how target audiences use AI tools to discover, compare and shortlist companies.
Identify content gaps, citation opportunities and ways to improve visibility in AI-generated answers.
Monitor brand mentions, citations, share of voice and other agreed performance metrics.
Test content formats, topics, prompts and optimisation approaches.
Turn findings into clear content plans and implementation roadmaps.
Work with project managers, copywriters, developers and designers.
Build AI automations that improve internal workflows.

What we are looking for?

Hands-on experience in GEO, SEO, content strategy, technical SEO or a related field.
A good understanding of how AI search platforms, large language models and traditional search engines interpret online information.
Experience with content audits, prompt and keyword research, structured data, website analytics and reporting.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn data into practical actions.
Confidence reviewing websites from both technical and editorial perspectives.
The ability to manage several client accounts and projects at once.
Professional English communication skills. Lithuanian is a strong advantage.
A proactive mindset and genuine interest in testing and learning.
Experience with SEO tools, AI visibility platforms, Google Search Console, Google Analytics and Schema.org is a strong advantage.
