Marketing Project Manager

What you will actually do?

Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building and nurturing strong relationships.
Work with AI tools to optimize project management and tasks.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their goals, challenges, and industry landscape to formulate effective client strategies.
Collaborate to gather requirements, feedback, and insights.
Analyze client performance metrics and provide insights to identify opportunities for improvement.
Interpret data to evaluate project success and make informed recommendations.
Do audits as well as manage the implementation of audit recommendations, track progress, and ensure timely completion of corrective actions.
Have an AMAZING client portfolio!

What we are looking for?

Experience in project management.
Experience in ChatGPT (or similar tools) AI prompting for copywriting.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in English and Lithuanian.
Analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to interpret complex data.
Strong time-management and organization skills.
Ambition to learn, initiative, and a positive attitude.
HUGE PLUS: experience with LinkedIn marketing.

Salary range: 1500 - 2900 EUR (before taxes/brutto), depending on experience (junior and senior applicants are welcome).

Most of the team is based in Vilnius, Lithuania, where we have our office. You can work remotely for a while, but if you are in Vilnius, one time per week at the office is mandatory. Else, for people from outside of Lithuania, we organize get togethers in person once a quarter.
