LinkedIn Tips & News
Hello dear reader,
Welcome to the newsletter of April! This month, it is all about content creation for company pages on LinkedIn. Whether you are a seasoned creator or just starting, this month's newsletter will provide valuable insights on the topic with first-hand experiences from Linda Liepa! 🎯
People
For this month's "People" section, we have invited Linda Liepa – Social Media Manager, who creates content on CoinGate company page on LinkedIn. She is here to share her insights and provide some tips from her experience!
How do you research and plan your content topics?
I stay current on what is happening in the industry through news and social listening to determine industry trends when researching content topics. Additionally, I check what international celebrations/awareness days could be incorporated into our LinkedIn posts every month for fun content.
While planning content, I keep in mind the content strategy to make sure to do different formats of posts such as images, PDFs, videos, articles, and polls. And content should be diverse to educate and entertain.
How do you ensure that your content aligns with the company's brand and messaging?
I follow our brand guidelines to ensure the content on LinkedIn aligns with our brand messaging, tone of voice, and visual identity. Before posting on LinkedIn, you must identify a content strategy for a platform to achieve your LinkedIn company page goals.

Tip of the month
For this month’s tips, we were inspired by Linda Liepa’s answers and decided to share more of her insights on Do’s and Don'ts for content creation on company pages.
What are the main practical tips for LinkedIn business page content?
Do's:
✅ Repurpose blog content into videos, articles, carousels, and image posts. The same applies to re-using your best-performing posts.
✅ Provide testimonials in the form of case studies and customer reviews.
✅ Make your posts visually attractive to stop the "scroll" – format paragraphs and choose engaging visuals.
✅ Analyze impressions and engagement to understand what content your audience engages with the most and adjust your content strategy accordingly.
Don'ts:
❌ Don't do promotional posts about your business without adding value for your audience. Focus on the problems your product/service solves and share the story through testimonials, case studies, and showcasing people behind your brand.
❌ Don't use complicated words in the copy – make sure the language of the posts is simple and understandable for the current and potential audience.
❌ Don't use too many hashtags – remember to keep them relevant to the content you want your page to be associated with.
