How did LinkedIn help your business grow?

LinkedIn plays a crucial role when it comes to growing Persona Cognita. With the help of LinkedIn and consistent personal branding efforts, we attract our clients here. There is a saying, "Practice what you preach," and this is what we're doing – strengthening our brands and, as a result, helping to strengthen others.

What LinkedIn tools were the most useful?

We at Persona Cognita love the new feature of audio events, as it only requires a little effort to prepare and execute. Also, we're impatiently waiting for the new feature to be introduced – sponsored employee posts.

Persona Cognita is all about employee advocacy and employer branding. So when working with clients who want to implement employee advocacy programs, we recommend complimenting them with the Hootsuite Amplify Employee Advocacy tool or Shield.

What are the 3 key elements in growing your brand on LinkedIn?

I believe there are many elements, but to me, the most important are:

1. Meaning and knowing your WHY. When you genuinely understand the meaning behind all your efforts, it boosts your motivation.

2. Enjoying the process. When there is a sense of meaning, and at the same time, you enjoy what you do, others can feel it too.

3. Being consistent. Consistency is key when it comes to strengthening your business's brand or practicing yoga. The more you do it, the better you become. The more you enjoy it, the faster you reach the desired results.

LinkedIn is a powerful platform for professionals, businesses, entrepreneurs, and other career-oriented people. To help your business thrive on LinkedIn, here are some quick yet effective tips:

Connections. Every month users can send 250 invitations to their connection circle to ask to follow their page. Employ this feature to your business's benefit – reach your target audience, and focus on the relevant industry by taking 10 minutes of your day to send around 20 invitations.

Content. Posting on your business page is more beneficial than reposting. Re-shares perform from 10% to 15% worse than original content, the author receives only one notification, and your followers would much rather see original content.

Analytics tool. LinkedIn analytics can provide better insights into what works for your business page and what does not. You can track page traffic and tailor your updates accordingly to increase following rates (convert watchers to loyal followers!).

Everything begins with your dedication to networking and building an audience for your business, persists with consistency, and ends with reviewing. Then, the circle continues!
