September 2025 Newsletter
We went viral.
You can be next.
Hey there, it's been a minute (okay, a month), but we missed you.
Hopefully, the feeling’s mutual. 😉
So… what’s new on LinkedIn?
More importantly, how do you actually get noticed in a sea of content?
This issue? It’s your cheat code to being unforgettable.
You're seeing things right.
Shaq. Max Klymenko (a.k.a. The career ladder guy).
LinkedIn is now inviting creators to expand the platform and make it more fun and lightweight.
This platform is shifting fast. And those who dare to be different are the ones getting noticed.
We went viral (accidentally).
Then others went viral too (on purpose).
It all started with one post...
about the hottest topic in Lithuania
And it turns out the algorithm loves boldness more than perfection.
Especially, if you hop on the train fast and manage to be the first to talk about a topic that EVERYONE is talking about outside the platform.
FYI: We created and posted this in a span of like 20 minutes, so no overthinking was done.
Crazy. We know.
A close friend of ours learned from our success and implemented it to his personal post.
And guess what? It worked. Again.
Different voice, different angle, same explosive results.
And just when we thought it was over, our copywriter applied it again on her personal profile.
You guessed it, viral.
Three voices. Three different audiences.
One thing in common? They were the first to talk about an important topic.
Important topics worth your attention in September
These topics can become viral on LinkedIn, if, again, you manage to be first (or one of the firsts).
Keep these in mind:
Apple iPhone 17 event
New iPhones, innovation, and inevitable hot takes.
Whether it’s about design, features, or price tags, this event always gets people talking. Be among the first to connect your brand to the conversation.
Viral posts are great, no question, but staying consistent with quality content matters even more
Our latest blog post breaks down 10 practical ways to boost visibility, spark real engagement, and finally start building a community around your brand.
Here's a glimpse of it:
1. Use GEO principles to make your content work harder
It’s not just about what you post, but how easily AI and search tools can find it. GEO helps your content appear exactly where your audience is looking.
2. Ditch the corporate voice
Posts that sound like press releases don’t perform. People engage with people, not with brands hiding behind formalities.
3. Show the actual work
Behind-the-scenes wins. Don’t just share the sandwich, show how you made it. It builds trust and makes your story memorable.
4. Let your people speak
Employee voices drive stronger reach and credibility. When your team shares, your brand becomes human, and your message goes further.
Be bold, don't overthink and be quick to hop on the train,
